At Chaina Ram Sindhi Halwai, we prepare every order with utmost care to ensure that our sweets reach you fresh and authentic. As our products are highly perishable, please review the following guidelines carefully.

1) Order Cancellation
* We do not accept order cancellations once an order is confirmed, as all products are prepared fresh and perishable in nature.
* Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Quality Issues
* If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must report it to our Customer Service on the same day of delivery with clear photos/videos (and an unboxing clip if available).
* Upon verification, we may offer a refund or replacement. Reports received after the same-day window will not be eligible.

3) What’s Not Covered
Taste preference variations or minor changes in texture* due to transit.
* Improper storage after delivery (e.g., not refrigerating where required).
* Delays caused by courier, weather, or local restrictions.

4) Refund Method & Timelines
* Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
* Please allow 6–8 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment gateway.

5) Replacement Policy
* If a replacement is approved, a fresh batch will be dispatched or a suitable substitute of equal value will be provided if the original item is unavailable.
