1) Order Processing & Dispatch
* Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (IST) are usually dispatched the same day or by the next business day.
* Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
2) Delivery Timelines
* We intend to get your sweets delivered by the next business day or within T+2 days (two business days from order confirmation).
* During festivals, high-demand days, or unavoidable courier delays, delivery timelines may vary slightly.
3) Shipping Coverage & Partners
* We deliver across India using trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
* Delivery serviceability is subject to the courier partner’s network and local restrictions.
4) Packaging & Quality
* All products are packed securely to maintain freshness during transit.
As our sweets are perishable*, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
5) Exceptions
* Unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, government restrictions, or courier issues are beyond our control. In such cases, delivery may extend beyond the usual timeline.
